What we collect

Account data (email, name), the sources and notes you submit, generated briefs, and first-party usage analytics (pages viewed, briefs created). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How your content is used

Sources you submit are sent to an AI model solely to generate your brief. They are not used to train models and are not shared with other users. Briefs and sources are stored so you can revisit them; delete requests are honoured within 7 days via email.

Payments

Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay or Stripe. We never see or store payment instrument details — only a payment reference and status.

Data protection

We handle personal data in line with India's DPDP Act and GDPR principles: data minimisation, purpose limitation, and your rights to access, correction and erasure. Contact getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie (login) and an anonymous ID cookie (free-tier metering). No consent banner is required for these, and we set no marketing cookies.
