Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

If Pro doesn't work for you, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked — provided you've generated fewer than 10 briefs in that period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

Pro access is purchased 30 days at a time and does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. When your 30 days end, your account simply returns to the free tier — your briefs remain accessible.

Failed payments

If a payment is captured but Pro doesn't activate within 15 minutes, email us with the payment reference and we'll fix it the same day.
